Fees

Traditional finance, especially public funds, basically adopts a management fee + performance fee model. The management fee is generally 2%, and the performance fee is 20%. We position ourselves as a protocol and are still in the early stages of development. In order to encourage more investors to participate in our protocol, at this stage, we will only charge 20% of the strategic performance investment fee for the development and operation of subsequent protocols. Performance fee is charged based on Vault's profitability. For example, if an investor invests 1000 USDC in the Defi arbitrage strategy Vault, redeems it after 1 year, and generates a profit of 200 USDC upon maturity, the QuantMaster agreement will charge 40 USDC as performance income. Future plans for fee collection changes will also depend on strategy development and customer engagement. If there are any changes, they will be announced in our white paper as soon as possible.
